Yes. We allow returns within 14 days of purchase.

If the return is due to an error on our part (delay in the order, faulty or defective item), we will cover the cost of the return.
If the item is returned for any other reason, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

1. Sign in
- Log in to your customer account on the Shopify store website.
2. Select orders
- Click on your profile in the top right corner.
- Select the “Orders” section.
3. Find order
- Find the order you want to return.
- Click on it to view the details.
4. Initiate return
- If the store allows returns, you will see an option such as "Request a Return" or "Return Item."
- Click on this option and follow the further instructions.
Tips:
- Make sure that the return is made within the time period specified by the store.
- Please keep your return receipt until your refund is completed.
